The Three Legged Stool
From the beginning, TRU-Building has been built on three basic principles which have been referred to as a Three Legged Stool foundation. All 3 legs must be present for the stool to work.
The first foundational leg is the Faith leg. Faith inspires believing outside of the norm, with confidence, that there are possibilities that we don’t understand, but yet we strive for.
The second leg is the Counsel leg. We value each team member from architects to housekeeping. All team members are encouraged to give feedback, ideas, and have open communication at TRU-Building.
The third leg is the Joy leg. We like to have fun with this business! We take risks at TRU-Building and enjoy the rewards that come with it. Happiness and joy are contagious!
